I've taken each of my cars to Crossroads Automotive several times, and each time they went beyond my expectations. They are outstanding at diagnosing and repairing almost any automotive problem. But beyond that, they give honest, trustworthy advice. More than once they have recommended a solution to a problem on one of my cars that was the best value for me, even if it meant less service work for them. If you're looking for a great group of mechanics, who know what they're doing, these are the guys! Also, I've noticed they are great at many makes of cars, they have a lot of expertise around Honda's and Acura's.

Having been a loyal customer to the local dealership where I purchased my Honda - at that time nearly 7 years ago, I ran aground with their service & attitude. It was time to explore other avenues for maintaining my car(s). I discovered Crossroads Automotive through a friend and gave them a call. And though I live in Cary, I have found the service affordable, high in quality and customer-oriented, and above all very complete. They make it a practice to alert me of upcoming issues so that I am aware and can be prepared to address these either then or on my next appointment. They are very timely and I have yet to be disappointed in how they conduct themselves, deliver my car on time, and provide a service that exceeds my expectations.

One other thing I noticed...it is rare for any dealership or independent mechanic shop to manage turnover in personnel very well. Turnover is a cost that sooner or later has to be passed onto the customer. At Crossroads Automotive, I see the same reliable faces each visit. That speaks volumes as to how stable their organization is and how committed they are to their staff and customers. By the way, the few extra minutes it takes to drive there is handsomely rewarded with the value received. I highly recommend giving them a try, you will not be disappointed.

I  just wanted to say that Crossroads Automotive is, in my opinion, THE place to have your car serviced in the Triangle area. I drive a half-hour each way from Cary to have all my service done here. They are honest, as well as being top-rate mechanics. I have work done here and save hundreds of dollars a year versus going to the dealer who is a mile from my house. Not only that but, if they identify something that should be covered under warranty, they will tell me to go to the dealer service department and get it done free. Keith, Donnie, Ed and the rest of the staff there are about as good a group as you can find anywhere. I will continue to trust them to keep my vehicles safe and road-worthy!!
