Crossroads Automotive is a locally owned, independent full service and repair facility. We are the owners and the employees of the company. We believe in treating our customers with honesty and respect. We strongly believe in preventative maintenance, which is why we will check out your vehicle and notify you of any problems. Being proactive will lower your annual repair costs and help prevent breakdowns. Proper and professional servicing will increase the life and reliability of your vehicle. We only do work that you authorize, and we will prioritize all repairs/services in order to help spread costs over a period of time. For example, we will tell you that certain repairs are not needed now but will be later.
